Owner of Yaldhurst Storage, John Murdoch says he chose to base his new business at Yaldhurst Park because of the location.

“I think the location’s good in that the main thing I say about it is it’s on the east west versus north south motorway intersection,” says John.

“It’s quite a convenient location in that you’re either going to the West Coast, you’re going North or you’re going down South.”

“It’s also just 15 minutes from the city centre, and has a lot of local amenities, like NPD and McDonald’s”.
